Place the pastry in the tart mould. Prick the bottom several times with a fork.
Work the previously softened butter with the sugar. Then add the eggs and mix well.
Finally incorporate the almond flour and mix again. Pour into the mould the almond cream obtained and level with a spatula.
Cut the pears into thin slices in the direction of the width trying to keep the shape of the fruit intact.
Then lay them on the almond cream. Dust the surface with the almond slices.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180° C.
