Wash the oranges, dry and cut into small pieces.
Put the pieces into the blender and blend everything. Add the eggs and sugar and blend again.
Then incorporate the vegetable oil, water and flour and blend again. Only at the end add instant baking powder and blend a little more.
Pour the obtained mixture into the round cake tin previously oiled and floured.
Vigorously beat the baking mould on the table so that any air bubbles contained in the mixture can rise to the surface.
Bake the orange cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30-45 minutes. Check the baking with the toothpick (insert it into the cake, removing it must remain dry).
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before putting it on a serving dish.
To decorate the orange cake: prepare a frosting with powdered sugar and a few drops of orange juice, pour over the surface of the cake and complete with slices of orange.
